Sipro designs and builds machines or lines based on flyer winding.

In this case the part is not moving while the wire is turned around it.

This is useful if it is not possible to rotate the part because of its geometry or because it could break or because components would not withstand the winding speed.

The flyer winding head can be equipped with special shields to guide the wire around obstacles into small slots.

The flyer is positioned using 3 XYZ motor driven axes and the rotating winding motor to offer maximal flexibility.

A simple and user friendly windows based PC control simplifies programming and manufacturing.
