INTERPOLATED WINDERS

With iPW inner slotted or outer slotted STATORS, RESOLVERS... can be easily and quickly wound. iPW can be configured from 1 up to 6 holding stations / working positions, with 3,4,5 or 6 axes all controlled and programmable using a simple and friendly Windows® interface.

All drivers are linked in EtherCat net, for the best performances in term of speed and Motion Control. The winding paths and the crossovers can be done on both sides (top and bottom) of the stator. Cutters and clamps complete the solution for the whole winding process. Automatic load - unload devices can be added, for a full integrated automation.
